Pay per Use

We charge € 0.03 for every charging session that takes place at your charging station.

Your charging point is connected to our platform 24/7. The charging protocol (OCPP) requires our platform to send a heartbeat every 15 minutes to see if your charging point responds (is still online).*

* The mentioned price is based on data traffic of max. 15mb per month

If you have used our services in the past month, we will make a specification of the costs. For this we charge € 0.50 each time. These costs cover system costs, bank costs and collection costs.

Most of the payments are made by direct debit. This method of payment works the fastest and is free. You can choose to make the payments yourself via bank transfer. The so-called direct debit by invoice. This method of payment is charged at a rate of € 2.00 per invoice.

Declaration

The kilowatts, charged at your home which you use for your business kilometers, can be fully automatically declared to your company. You do not need to keep separate records for this. The costs are automatically refunded to you by your company every month.

One-off costs

Because we do not charge a monthly fee, we are forced to charge a one-off amount. This covers the costs we incur for the SIM card, handling costs, shipping costs.

If, in addition to your master connection, another charging connection (s) is linked to it, we ask, in addition to the connection costs of the master connection, one-off connection costs of € 2.50 per (slave) connector for handling costs.

We still believe that all little things also contribute to the well-being of our planet. We will eventually get there with small steps. Reusing the SIM card should contribute to this. For this we ask for a deposit that will be refunded immediately if you decide not to use our services anymore and return the SIM card in good condition.

If you are a guest user and in the unlikely event that you are unable to load, scan the QR code with your mobile that is listed with the connector. A browser opens on your mobile. Open it and the current information of the respective connector will be displayed. Click the button if you need support. Then comes:

  1. If this connector supports the “24/7 support app”, a chat will appear that welcomes you to the support app.
    This chat helps you by interactively going through a number of steps, such as scanning the loading tag of answering some questions.
  2. If this connector supports the “24/7 support app”, you can call a phone number.

It may happen that your registration number has not been issued or has been lost. Therefore, contact your charging point supplier. He will issue you a new registration number by email.

If you have purchased and installed your charging point by one of our affiliated partners, you will receive a registration number from them. Keep this number in a safe place. In addition, you must create an account by registering HERE . When registering, choose Charger / Charging point and further complete this registration. This can simply be done within 4 or 5 steps. You will receive an email to confirm your registration and you can also log in with your specified login details. After logging in, the registration number is immediately requested. Fill it in and click on activate. Your charging point has been activated and linked to your account.

We will always try to provide each charging point with a Robo Charge Platform. If your charge point is equipped with a module that supports network connection, it is possible to provide your charge point with a cloud connection with our platform.
