It happens that the charge point itself indicates that there is a fault. In case the solution can be implemented remotely, the management platform will automatically follow this protocol.
There are also situations where the charge point no longer sends a message to the management platform. In this case, the management platform will start a process to get the charging point back online automatically.
It is also possible that after a charging session, due to manual errors (eg offering a charge card twice) or technical malfunctions, it is not immediately available for the next customer. The monitoring pro checks for irregularities and resolves this error if possible.
In the event that we cannot resolve the problem remotely, a message will be sent to the owner of the charging point. If the owner cannot solve it himself, the operator is automatically asked for follow-up in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
