With standard monitoring, a message is only sent when the charging point stops responding and in all likelihood no longer functions properly. With pro monitoring, additional attempts are made to solve the problem automatically. This prevents charging points from not being operational and unnecessary need for a technician to go out to solve the problem.

Once set up, Robo Charge automatically arranges the settlement between you and your employer/leasing company or your company. You don't have to keep records and your business charging costs are automatically credited to your private account every month.

We know better than anyone what contracts and obligations do to us. We have enough obligations and it affects our daily lives. We don't believe in retaining customers through contracts. We believe you'll stay with us because we're doing a good job. We will do everything we can to retain you as a customer, but if it does happen, it must also be possible immediately.

Compared to most charge card providers, Robo Charge charges 2 euro cents per kWh. This makes Robo Charge the cheapest Charging Tag provider for charging in roaming.
